Caroline is a Principal Medical Writer, bringing a wealth of experience to the table — from a post-doc in industry to lecturing, teaching, and excelling in both in-house and agency medical writing. She combines her deep expertise and passion for teaching to lead the Monster Academy, all while inspiring medical writers to embrace a growth mindset and reach their full potential.
